Frequently asked questions
Twenty of the questions pilgrims ask us most. If yours isn't here, message us on WhatsApp — a real person replies, 24/7.
Booking
Send us your route, travel date and number of passengers on WhatsApp, or fill the booking form on this site. We reply with your fixed price and confirm the booking — usually within minutes, 24 hours a day.
For normal periods, a day or two ahead is fine. During Ramadan, Hajj and school holidays we recommend booking as early as you can — vehicles in Makkah and Madinah are limited at those times and confirmed bookings are protected.
Yes, and many people do. Just give us the travelling passenger's name and phone number so the driver can reach them directly on arrival. You will receive the confirmation yourself.
No. You pay the driver on arrival, in cash or by bank transfer. We never ask for card details or advance payment — if anyone claiming to be us does, please contact us immediately.
Yes. Tell us on the same WhatsApp thread and we will move or cancel it. Because you pay on arrival, cancelling in reasonable time costs you nothing.
Prices & payment
Per vehicle, always. A family of five pays the same as one traveller for the same car — so travelling together is far better value than a per-seat service.
On arrival, directly to the driver — cash (SAR) or bank transfer. Nothing is charged before your trip.
No. The price we agree includes fuel, tolls, parking and normal waiting. The only thing that would change it is you changing the trip itself, and we would tell you before anything is confirmed.
Rates are higher across all of Saudi Arabia in peak season, but yours is fixed the moment we confirm it. Whatever happens to demand afterwards, the price you were quoted is the price you pay.
Yes — ask us on WhatsApp and we will send one. Travel agencies can request a single consolidated invoice for a whole group.
Airport pickups
Your driver waits in the arrivals hall with a name board showing your name. We send you his name, photo and phone number before you land, so you know exactly who to look for.
We track your flight. If it lands late, your driver adjusts and waits — at no extra charge. This is why we ask for your flight number when you book.
For airport pickups we include generous free waiting time after landing, which covers normal immigration and baggage delays. If something unusual happens, just message us and we will hold the car.
Your flight number, landing date and time, the hotel name in Makkah or Madinah, and the number of passengers and large bags. That is enough for us to plan everything.
Yes. We serve the Haramain stations in Makkah, Madinah and Jeddah exactly like the airports, including meet & greet on the platform level.
On the journey
Yes. Our drivers speak Urdu, English and Arabic. Tell us your preferred language when booking and we will match you with the right driver wherever possible.
Yes. On the Madinah to Makkah route we stop at Miqat Dhul Hulayfah (Abyar Ali) so you can change into Ihram and pray, with no rush and no extra charge.
Of course. On the Makkah–Madinah route we stop for prayer and rest whenever you need. It is your private vehicle — you set the pace.
Yes, on request and at no extra cost. Please ask when booking so we fit it before pickup.
Yes. Tell us in advance and we will send a vehicle that is easy to board and a driver who will help. Many of our guests are elderly parents and we take particular care with them.
