Terms of Service

These terms apply to transport services provided by Labbaik Al-Haramain Transport ("we", "us") to you ("the passenger", "you"). By confirming a booking with us — on WhatsApp, by phone or through this website — you agree to them.

1. Our service

We provide private, pre-booked ground transport for pilgrims and visitors in Saudi Arabia, including airport and railway-station transfers, intercity journeys and private Ziyarat tours. We are not a taxi hailing service and do not accept street hails; every journey is arranged in advance.

2. Bookings and confirmation

A booking exists only once we have confirmed it to you in writing with the route, date, time and price. Requests sent to us are not confirmed until we reply.

You are responsible for giving accurate details — pickup address, flight or train number, date, time, number of passengers and luggage. We cannot be held responsible for a missed pickup caused by incorrect information.

3. Prices and payment

• Prices are quoted per vehicle, not per person.
• The price confirmed at booking is fixed and includes fuel, tolls, parking and normal waiting time.
• Payment is made on arrival, directly to the driver, in cash (SAR) or by bank transfer. We do not take advance or online payment.
• Additional stops, extended waiting or route changes requested on the day may be charged, and we will tell you the amount before proceeding.

4. Changes and cancellation

You may change or cancel a booking by contacting us on the same WhatsApp thread or phone number. Because no advance payment is taken, cancelling with reasonable notice costs you nothing. Repeated no-shows without notice may lead us to decline future bookings.

We may cancel a booking in exceptional circumstances — including vehicle breakdown, road closures, weather, or restrictions imposed by the authorities. Where we cancel, you pay nothing and we will make every reasonable effort to arrange an alternative vehicle.

5. Waiting time and delays

For airport and railway pickups we monitor your flight or train and adjust the pickup at no extra charge for reasonable delays. For hotel pickups, please be ready at the agreed time; extended waiting may be chargeable.

6. Luggage

Each vehicle has a stated passenger and luggage capacity, published on our Fleet page. If the actual luggage exceeds what was booked, a larger vehicle may be required and charged accordingly, subject to availability.

7. Passenger conduct and safety

• Seat belts must be worn by all passengers at all times.
• Smoking, alcohol and any illegal substance are strictly prohibited in our vehicles.
• Children must be accompanied by an adult. Child seats are available free of charge on request.
• Our drivers may end a journey where a passenger's behaviour endangers safety or breaks Saudi law.

8. Vehicles and drivers

All vehicles are licensed and insured as required in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and drivers hold the appropriate licences. We reserve the right to substitute a vehicle of equivalent or greater passenger and luggage capacity, particularly during Hajj and Ramadan.

9. Liability

We take great care with every journey, but we are not liable for losses outside our reasonable control — including traffic congestion, road closures, weather, mechanical failure, acts of the authorities, or missed onward flights or trains where the delay was not caused by us. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under Saudi law.

Please check the vehicle for personal belongings before leaving. We will make every effort to return items left behind but cannot accept responsibility for them.

10. Religious sites

Access to certain areas of Makkah and Madinah is restricted by the Saudi authorities and may require permits which are outside our control. Our drivers will take you as close as regulations permit.

11. Complaints

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

13. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your booking is the one that applies.
