We only collect what we need to arrange your journey:

• Contact details — your name, phone/WhatsApp number and, if you provide it, your email.
• Trip details — pickup and drop-off locations, dates and times, passenger and luggage numbers, flight or train numbers, and hotel names.
• Messages — the WhatsApp or chat conversation in which you book, so our team has a record of what was agreed.
• Website usage — anonymous analytics such as pages visited and approximate country, used to improve the site.

We do not collect payment card details. Payment is made in person to the driver.

How we use it

• To arrange, confirm and carry out your booking.
• To share the necessary trip details with the assigned driver — name, contact number, pickup, destination and time.
• To contact you about your journey, including changes or delays.
• To answer questions and handle complaints.
• To meet our legal and regulatory obligations in Saudi Arabia.

We will only send you marketing messages if you have agreed to receive them, and you can opt out at any time by replying to tell us so.

Who we share it with

We share your details with the driver assigned to your trip, and with service providers who help us run the business (for example our messaging platform and website hosting). We do not sell your personal information to anyone, ever.

We may disclose information where required by law or by the Saudi authorities.

Third-party services

This website and our booking process use:

• WhatsApp (Meta) — for booking conversations; governed by Meta's own privacy policy.
• Tawk.to — live chat on this website.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Google Analytics and Meta advertising tools — anonymous website measurement, where enabled.

Cookies

We use a small number of cookies and similar technologies for the site to function, to remember which channel you arrived from, and for anonymous analytics. You can block cookies in your browser settings; the site will still work.

How long we keep it

We keep booking records for as long as needed to run the business and meet our legal obligations, and no longer than necessary. Enquiries that never become bookings are removed periodically.

Keeping it safe

Access to booking information is limited to the staff who need it. Our website is served over encrypted HTTPS, and our systems are protected by access controls and regular updates.

Your rights

Children

Our services are booked by adults. We do not knowingly collect information directly from children; details of accompanying children are provided by the booking adult.
